Rewena bread

The text that we have been reading out of a Connected journal has been about Rewena Bread (potato bread). We made our bug (starter) about 2 weeks ago using mashed potatoes, sugar and flour and have been feeding it since.  One day it gets water and the other sugar and flour.  On Tuesday and Wednesday this week Mrs Pask has been helping us make it.  It was quite sweet and very solid but the bug (starter) helped it to grow and rise.
