Welcome back,
1 week completed and it was a busy one. It is great to see the children settling into our new classroom spaces and working out where they would like to 'fit'. A big part of that is deciding who they can work with collaboratively and cooperatively, this is a big learning challenge, but one that the children are working through.
We are all excited about 3 new iPads that will shortly be in our classroom. Thanks for the donations that help us get these learning tools.
The Commonwealth games are an exciting sporting event that is at the moment taking place. It sure does make it hard when they are on so late at night. Great to see the children learning about and keeping up to date with this piece of our history.
Speeches will be presented this week on Thursday, after they are presented they will be placed on our individual blogs so no one will miss out.
Ski trip this Friday remember a BIG lunch and lots of warm clothes, the weather doesn't look as warm as it was last year.
