Team Kereru had a challenge of coming up with a company and advertising it. I was really excited with the creativity and superb job that our team did with these.
In the next week or so we will be putting our companies on the 'stock market' and using a dice and a coin to see whether the company makes money or loses it. If you want to help at home, watch the part of the news with the shares on it, look at the share graphs at home in the newspaper and watch one company moving within it.
We are hoping to develop more of an understanding around how the share market works and we will also be working with probability and other maths concepts.
