Warm Water + Yeast + sugar = Carbon dioxide (air)

So what happens?

We explored how our  'bug' works today.  When we add yeast sugar and warm water we make the yeast which is a living organism grow.    We have to feed it every day to make sure that it stays 'alive'.
 Science is so much fun!!
Warm Water + Yeast + sugar = Carbon dioxide (air)  The ginger is just along for the flavor.
So in our ginger beer the bug will make bubbles in our drink.
